Paris-trained owner Debora Ferrand opened the first Mademoiselle Colette on Santa Cruz Avenue in Menlo Park, California, in October 2015. The French pâtisserie and café has since expanded to Palo Alto, Redwood City and Atherton and is known for croissants made with Isigny butter, kouign-amann, tarts and entremets.
